Finished treatment in April but can't stop worrying about cancer recurring

Hi I finished my R-chop end of April,but can't stop worrying that it will come back.The symptoms I had I put down to menopause and if it hadn't been that I was so breathless would never have went to A&E.What are the chances of it coming back.
