No motivation

I'm so fortunate to have been given the all clear.

I should be elated but I'm struggling to motivate myself to do anything.

It's Bank Holiday weekend and I've spent most of it in bed.

Anyone else feeling like this? Is this normal?

    Hi Babdogs...I don't think there is a 'normal ' reaction,  as we all absorb positive and negative news in our own way and time..

    Wonderful that you have been given the all clear and I can understand your reaction and lack of motivation. 

    Possibly the waiting for the result has something to do with your emotions now.. our minds are often 10 steps ahead and now..you can breathe and get on with your life ️
