Afternoon everyone, this is mainly aimed at women but if men have had their wives with similar experiences I’m all ears.

i had a lumpectomy 19/03/24 for invasive ductal carcinoma stage 3. I am now taking Letrozole tablets and I will also be taking zoladex injections along side my tablets. My question is has anyone had their nails done as in gel nails just to feel good? My nails and hair are the only things I fuss over. However, my nails beds have stated to hurt and I have indents at the base of all my nails where as they were only on my thumbs and never gave me any problems. 

I spoke to one of the breast care nurses who advised on a couple of things she said to make an appointment with the doctor and reach out to this forum to see if anyone has advice, which right now will be greatly appreciated as I’m desperate to get my nails done.

Side note I’m not having chemo but I will having radiotherapy soon.
