Hello,

I had a mastectomy and reconstruction 2 months ago.

I wore a surgical corset for 9 weeks, haven't worn it for a few weeks now.

I'm finding my tummy is so tight and sore I'm not sure whether to start wearing the corset again.

Did anyone else have this?

Hello Nicwill,

Some light excerises could help reduce the stiffness, there's some advice and tips here. It might also help to speak to your breast care nurse or doctor if they have any suggestions to improve things.
