Hello everyone,

I had a left side mastectomy and reconstruction last April followed by radiotherapy. The implant (silicone) has predictably tightened off and I'm finding it hard to stretch and have full movement on that side. I'm wondering if any of you have had similar and whether or not it settled down eventually? I'm 9 months since surgery and 5 since finishing radiotherapy. I've read about capsular contracture -  not sure if it's that but it feels really tight. Any advice? Wondering if it will get better or this is it? Thank you in advance :)
