Libido after tamoxifen & return of menopause

In 2017 I found out I had Estrogen+ Breast cancer I was given a anastrozole.In 2018 I had a full hystrectomy.Anastrozole cause alot of joint pains which also caused carpal tunnel on both hand which they were operated on in September 2018.I was put on Tamoxifen.Pains went in joints but mood lowered & libido none igsistant .I came off tamoxifen in September 2022 really struggled with side effects.

I have been on my own over 5 &  a half years I still have no libido .I am ready to meet someone just wandering if anyone had experienced this & any help to bring libido back after tamoxifen.

  • I'm sorry to hear about your loss of libido and how difficult it's been to cope with the side effects of Tamoxifen Louemmy.

    It sounds like things have been very tough but I hope some of the information provided in the sex, sexuality and cancer section of our website can help.
