Pregnancy - 4 years on from Hodgkin's Lymphoma

I'm 4 years free of Hodgkin's lymphoma but still on sick leave due to complications with my back (the source of the cancer).  My periods have not been regular since the start of my treatment.  About a year ago I fell pregnant and terminated the pregnancy as I had and was having a series of scans.   I know am feeling sick in the mornings and feel I may be pregnant but afraid to test

  • Hi Loobd and welcome to the forum.

It's great to hear you've been in remission for 4 years although I'm sorry to hear about the complications that have arisen from your diagnosis and for the worry this potential pregnancy is causing.

I do hope you've managed to carry out a pregnancy test since you made this post, but if you're worried, don't hesitate to get in touch with your GP as they will be able to answer any questions you may have and hopefully put your mind at ease.

I'm sure some of our members will offer their support and advice to you soon as well but if you'd like to discuss any of this with one of our cancer nurses, you can contact them on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.

    Kind regards,
