Hi. Any ideas?
I had a lumpectomy in February and since radiation treatment in March I get hot a night. Not hot flush hot but just hot and can't cool down. Any ideas how to keep cool at nights ? X

I have this also after my radiation and stsrted Tamoxifen and I'm on month 7 this stsrted after about a month of taking them
it's a mixture of heat from radio and deffo the tamoxifen doing its thing bringing heat . Tamoxifen side effects are great for giving off heat .
im sure lots of ladies here will tell you the same about this .
