Sun

Hi.  Had lumpectomy in February and radiotherapy in March 

have been told by various people that sue to radiotherapy I will need to keep covered and out of direct sunlight for a year. 
anyone else heard about this ? Xx

    I was told to wear a sunscreen 

    I finished radiotherapy in nov I was in Spain end of January in the sun and in Spain 2 weeks ago 

    had no reaction and a beautiful tan ( obviously stayed out of sun peak time and kept cream topped up properly

    been since radiation 
    I can be absolutely boiling hot then for a brief few seconds I get the shivers and feel really cold.  
    anyone else feel this ? 

  • It's probably the tamoxifen sounds like them 

    I do have very cold spells absolutely can't warm

  • It's weird.  They don't last very long at all.  It's mostly at nights xxx

  • You are probably having flushes too from tamoxifen hun x

    These tablets got a lot to answer for lol 

    I had lots of fluxes early days on tamoxifen stsrted about 6 weeks in mild got worse but now I don't have them all vanished lol
