Hi Sandra, I have been on letrozole now for 9 months and have spasms in both my calves but only occasionally. The most noticeable side effect is my mouth and stomach, I often have a very dry mouth and my stomach gives excessive wind when I eat. I am only presuming it's the letrozole I have to say. It gets on my nerves but is a small price to pay .
