my husband passed away from pancreatic cancer around Xmas. He left a lot of unopened medicines and nutrient supplements. How can I get the to people rather than just throwing them away
It's not advised that you pass unused medication and nutritional supplements to other patients for their use due to health and safety guidelines. I know it's a waste of money etc but only medication prescribed by a GP or hospital and provided by a pharmacy should be used by a patient. The pharmacy that provides your husband's medication should accept it back and they will then destroy it.
