I have read that blueberry extract is a amazing cancer fighter does anyone no how true this is my cancer has gone now but I'm still eating them daily in large portions
I don't believe any particular food can 'fight' cancer, it can only help your immune system generally. I've eaten fresh blueberries daily for years but it didn't help me - my Stage 1 cancer still progressed to Stage 3. By all means still eat a portion or two daily towards your 5 a day but don't place your faith in them to do with cancer.
I agree with you. Some vegetables help boost the immune system unfortunately no one size fits all. I am so sorry to hear about your cancer progressing. Remember not all is lost. You can still fight it. Sending lots of hugs and best wishes. Lyanna72
