Stopping letrozole

Hi, I'm new to the chat, is there anyone in the chat forum who has taken letrozole for a long time . I've been on it 8 yrs and after discission  with team have stopped.  I'm feeling awful the throbbing in my hands and feet is awful, so painful,  like blooming toothache. Has any one else had similar. Thanks in advance  kim x

    I'm sorry to hear that you're currently dealing with some health problems after recently stopping letrozole. 

    I know that we've had women post here on the forum who have had similar experiences after stopping taking hormonal medication. Do speak to your pharmacist over the weekend for some advice about managing your symptoms and hopefully, things will settle in the coming weeks. However if you're concerned about things then get in touch with your GP for further advice.

    Thanks Jen, im hoping it's only temporary,  I only stopped on Sunday so not been a week yet. Fingers crossed 

    If it persists I will definitely speak to Gp / pharmacy
