Exemestane right groin/leg pain

I'm on Exemestane (plus 6 monthly Zoledronate and 3 monthly Zoladex). I've had the most intense pain in my right groin/top of leg area which seems to be getting worse as time goes on. I wondered if anyone else has/had this? Got another 2 years of this (5 in total) and don't know if I can hack it x

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing these difficulties. We have some information about Exemestane on our website, which does list pain (e.g. in the muscles and joints) as a possible side effect.

    If this has been occurring for a while and it's causing problems, try to discuss this with your doctor/specialist to see what they can advise, or what they can suggest to potentially ease things.

    Meanwhile if others here have had similar experience then hopefully they'll be along soon.
