Is it Safe to travel close after treatments ?

Hi guys, Monday is my final week of 5 weeks of radiation with chemo for 2 weeks of that period , the following Tuesday my family would like to go to tenerife for a week.

Do you think this will be safe for me to do so in your experience ?

I'm sore a lot but may as well be sore in the sun lol

  • Hello Tonybhoy,

    There is a travel section with lots of information, which you can read here. This should answer most of your questions. If you are able to travel, you should keep the sore areas out of the sun or regularly protected with sunscreen. If you have any other concerns, the best people to speak to would be your medical team.
