Hi, my mother in law who's 74 has just been diagnosed with throat cancer. She still works part time and draws a pension. Would she be able to claim anything if she cant work?
Hi there, she should be able to claim a DWP payment. Speak to her cancer nurse they will help you with the forms, it will also be backdated from diagnosis. Good luck, Carol
