My daughter will be starting chemotherapy soon. She reieves Housing Benefits and income support but will need to have a carer staying with her overnight as she has young children and no partner to help her.

Do you know if, in the circumstances of Chemotherapy treatment, she will be permitted to have someone stay overnight without it affecting her benefits?

Currently the benefit T's & C's only allow for someone to stay over twice a week.
