I'm the same. My mood is low, the pain is awful and my hair stands on end. I look like Ken Dodd on a good day. I have been on letrozole for 9 months and I have heard that a trial was done where you take 9 months of letrozole and 3 months off for better quality of life. I see my consultant on the 20th Jan, so  I'll keep you posted on what he says.

Good luck when you see your consultant on the 20th. I am very interested to hear the outcome.

Did you settle down on Letrozole after a few weeks? I sincerely hope that the side effects subside. The low moods are the hardest to cope with.
