Just wondered if anyone had highlighted their hair earlier than 6 months after chemo? Also has anyone had hair extensions put in ... how long was your hair when you did this?

As a trained hairdresser my advice would probably be to avoid hair extensions for a while. They will put added strain on your new hair, weighing it down and possibly too much stress on it. As for colouring I would probably also advise against right now. Your body will have gone through a lot of changes during treatment and they can affect results of colouring.
However I am just speaking from what I remember from my training years ago, someone else may have other advice.
I know that when my hair starts to grow back I will be eager to have mine done too
