Hi there, I woke up on Sat morning with a dull pain in my left breast.  Thought I'd slept on it all night and it just ached,  it's now Monday and still aches as much, it's slightly hot but most of all it feels bigger than the right breast.  I feel like I don't want to waste GPs time just before Christmas. Shall I leave it a week before going back and hope the swelling and aches subside?
