Hi, results usually take up to two weeks.  Phone your surgeon and ask how they feel if you went on a short trip, I'm sure they'll encourage you to go and enjoy.  Get focused and relax amongst the fun bits ready to face anything that comes your way on your return  It will take your mind of things a little

Thanks. Hospital have said ok to go away but I didn’t.  Is we were going to a natural spa. Just worried that I shouldn’t go in the water.

Not sure if we all get different responses but I was told at the time of my biopsy no spa or swimming pool until my stitches had been removed which was scheduled for 10 days after the biopsy.  I think the best thing you can do is contact the department of the hospital where you had your biopsy done as they will have your notes to hand.
