I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with this after effect of your treatment. I'm presuming that as you know it's a blocked salivary gland that you've see a specialist for this. 

Althrough I know your diagnosis and treatment was for breast cancer I wonder if you might get some advice or suggestions from some of our members who have/had oral cancers. Obviously for them eating and coping with salivary issues is a common problem and so you could try posting on this thread here. You'll also find on that thread links to 2 blogs written by Anchor1707 and RadioactiveRaz. You may find some helpful information in those.
