I lost my dad in may after a very quick illness. He was initially admitted to respiratory ward and had X-ray and tests and released after 6 days, they told us it was lung infection and apart from a very small shadow on his lung which they would check on down the line, nothing to worry about. Dad was blue lighted back to hospital 4 days later, after more tests scans mri they told us on the Thursday he had gallbladder, liver and lung cancer, he died 6 days later.

im frustrated because all these tests had been done yet it took them days to tell us, they xrayed him days precious and sent home and told him

it was respiratory! Who missed this cancer? What was going on ? 
I don't want to blame anyone because I believe when your times up it's up and nothing would have changed, he was dying !

but can you go back and ask for his files,xrays etc and speak to consultant to get questions answered ! 
im 5 months into a life without him and i Can't let this go !
