Newly diagnosed, can I claim financial support?

Hi

I'm new to this. I'm 36 and have been diagnosed with myleofibrosis. Im unable to work full time as I get bad fatigue and virus alot.

I was wondering if anyone knows if I am to get any help financially?

Also check out Macmillan as they can give you advice on what benefits etc you can claim. If in immediate hardship you can also claim for a small grant from them. www.macmillan.org.uk/.../assessing-your-finances.html
