Fec chemo on Thursday past 1st round surving on 3 hrs sleep if I'm lucky seem to be wide awake, prob the steroids, any one any tips, sleep meds an option, big squishy Scottish hugs xxc
Only thing I can think of is to wear yourself out, plenty of houses work, mind you the good Scottish air could keep you awake unless you live in a built up area,,, sorry can't accept squishy hugs my Mrs would beat me up hugging someone else, sounds nice though, it probably stress related are you tensed up over treatment, if so get appointment, either mild anti depression or sleep tablets, but i still think keep busy busy and think how much better the house will look, ha ha ha, I'll go and hide now, best wishes.
