Its a first post for me, I’m hoping someone can help?

a family member has breast cancer and her work are being really awful towards her. She’s done everything she can to keep her job, she’s now been signed off as she’s developed Lymphodema. I’m so sure I was told that her employer can’t ‘rate’ in %  her absence as she has cancer and they can’t hold meetings regarding her absence as it’s due to cancer, am I right? As they said in the letter they will look at dismissal...
