Humidifier

I seen on a few posts that i had read that some people thought humidifiers were good for a dry mouth,i sent away and bought £50 one on Amazon and also bought a small device that measures humidity and temp in rooms,my bedroom is quite big and spacious and according to the wee box was at perfect humidity and temp but i thought i would give the humidifier a go and see if it helped with the curse of my life,my dry mouth not my hubby, divorced him years ago lol but i found that i still woke with my mouth and put a xyliment in around 4 which helped me sleep through till 9,as for the humidifier i wont be using it again as woke with blocked sinus and a generally uncomfartable feel in the bedroom and wheni checked my wee box it showed the room was uncomfortably moist at 58,the perfect temp is between 48 and 55 i read so the humidifier will be returned, luckily theres a 2 week return period with it so should get refund no problem, perhaps they would help in diffirent types of housing more but for now will stick to the Xylimelts,am also heading into town now as i was told by a fellow sufferer i met last night that you can buy a biotine saliva gel in boots and it is great,am living in hope it does help and hope you all have a nice weekend,God bless,Roisin
