My father was diagnosed terminally ill last year with mesothelioma and pleurel effusion and I was signed off by the doctor with stress due to situation and caring for family I've been off now for 3 months and I'm a bit concerned about my job because I can't see me going back soon  . I work for the nhs . Does anyone know how I stand , could I be sacked ?
