Hi,  Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I looking for some travel insurance advice for a friend.  Her father has terminal prostate cancer (and a heart condition).  The cancer is being managed however it's not managable (if that kinda makes sense - hard to explain).  Anyway, she has the opportunity to go on holiday but is finding it difficult to get travel insurance that covers her if the worst happens and she has to return home mid-trip. 

Is there any type of travel insurance out there that would cover her?  I cannot find anything - even by calling up all of the major insurers.  I can find insurers who will cover if the traveller has terminal cancer but not if a family member who is not travelling has it.
