I work as a home.carer for the council but I haven't worked there long enough to be entitled to sick pay. I have renal cell cancer i am working at the moment but will be going to have my kidney removed so will be off work for 6 to 8 weeks of which I will not receive pay. Would I be entitled to any. Benefits ?
