See your gp. I had very severe constipation during my chemo. It got to the worst point when I had burst piles and bleeding and it was so painful! The gp gave me, I think it may have been called fybogel. It s orange flavoured powder type treatment that you mix with water. It may not work for everyone but it s worth a try. He is now feeling better, but suffers with severe pain because of the neuropathy...:(:(
