hi wot id like to kow is we have a house in both are names and cash in jont a bank and the house gos too wife on my deth can thay take them for my cere ,?????? up and to the new roles it wos sorted but wed like to kow how it afekets us and limets £££

Hi Pedro,
The simple answer is no - they can't take your house to pay for your care - even if the Tories get into power again.
One of the reasons the proposed "Dementia Tax" is unfair is because it discriminates between people diagnosed with Dementia compared with people with other conditions like Cancer or COPD.
