My name is Peter , I have just returned from Portugal after living there for quite some time working and things 2013  I had a hart attack had a stent all ok , e ery six months I go for check up , and by chance found a legion on my right kidney which led to them saying it has to be removed by all the test I've had , also found that I have a legion on my lung but to small to detect what it is , I've been told I have emphysema the start of , I've been told I have a possible cancer in my stomach lining but can be delt with no problem ?  I have all results and had some translations to English and sent to my doctor in the uk , his response was to have it removed going on what I sent him , I have a date for the kidney to be removed on the 22 of this month in Portugal , but I have totally freaked out and came back to U.K. I've been put on fast track and I am being seen this Monday coming for test even though I have all results confirming what I have only problem is they only know about the kidney the rest is all in Portuguese im so worried if I have made the right decision I don't have any after care in Portugal and I really don't fully understand whats going on , I've been told by more then one to go to the U.K. but for some reason im having not such a good time in handling this , im scared now wher as befor I was handling it ,  kind of !  I don't no
