A friend of mine was also experiencing mouth ulcers! They are horrible..... Luckily there are lots of things you can do! We used Orabase protective paste and it worked really well! She said the pain went and things improved. We also used some natural toothpaste which I believed helped as well - (but the paste was better). I've heard good things about gelclair as well. I'll leave the links to where we got them from. Hope that helps. (if it gets drastically worse I would suggest running it by a doctor they might be able to give you something stronger!) Claire X
