Having cancer and debt?

Me and my wife have an iva in place that we pay each month which then pays the people we owe money too, is there some kind thing where we can have these payments reduced or our debt written off (or something similar) anyone know anything about debt and living with cancer?

    Hi there, my friend went down the IVA route and they actually take a fee for providing this service to you. You can contact companies direct and arrange payment plans direct with them and also on 0% interest. If you don't own your own property you could go bankrupt. Citizens advice would be able to offer official advice. Good luck
