I had a meningioma, followed by reinfection, half my head removed, plate fitted then tumours above eye. Six weeks of radiotheraphy later and recovering. Received letter from Dwp about capability for living, do not know what to put down as keep getting confused. Who should i call for help with the form. Help.

Hi Michael,
If you're in the UK and there's a MacMillan service in the area contact them.
In Warrington MacMillan have a benefits advisor who handled my PIP claim for me. There's a fast track process which applies to many people with cancer and avoids the need for a physical assessment.
The Citizens Advice Bureau may also be able to help.
