Worried about going back to work.

Hi my mum has lung cancer she only gets out of bed to go to the toilet which she can't do without help as she can't stand on her own  she goes about 4-5Times during the night but I have to go back to work soon I work nights there isn't anyone else in my house that can take her, is there help available free that could help with this does anyone know. Thanks xx
