Hi there, sorry to hear about your dad. Have you tried Macmillan or Cruse? They both offer counselling.
Hello Ahaley11,
Michelle has already given you some good pointers. We have a lot of information on our site on counselling which you can read here. It includes a list of counselling organisations you could get in touch with.
It's great you are taking steps to talk to someone rather than bottling everything up. Counselling does help so many people I am sure it will be beneficial to you.
I hope this forum also gives you some comfort at any time of the day or night. You will meet many here who have also looked after a terminally ill parent or lost a loved one to cancer like Michelle. Many of our forum members can truly understand what you are going through at the moment and will help you feel a little less alone with all this.
Best wishes,
Lucie, Cancer Chat Moderator
