Follow ups and tamoxifen

I had op in August, no problems radiotherapy November again no problems but on my notes they said they would arrange a follow up appointment I'm sure the nurse said about February but I've had no appointment through is this normal, also I'm on tamoxifen and don't seem to have any problems with that either but just the last month I seem tired and my back and leg ache al the time I can't get up out of the chair without my leg hurting once I'm on my feet and moving its not much of a problem, is this off the tamoxifen or just age I'm 55.

    It has been three years since I finished treatment and see consultant every 6 months.  If you are not sure of your follow-ups, it may be an idea to ring clinic at your hospital to confirm when your appointments should be.

    I too am on Tamoxifen, and do feel tired and sometimes a bit achey, but this could be age!!!!! (I am 60) If your appointment does not come through soon, it may be a good idea to talk to your own doctor about your pains.
