Tiredness four months after radiotherapy

I've had a grade 2 tumour removed last summer and then underwent 33 days of radiotherapy. The fatigue seems to have returned with a vengance. I've got one of those Fitbits and it records my sleep. I'm having about 7.30 hours asleep but on average having 25 or more sleepless or restless sleep. Today, I've been in bed most of the afternoon and am just exhuasted. Does anyone have any tips on how I can shake this fatigue? I really just want to get on with life but can't. It seems so feeble.
