My husband is 80, he has lost 10kg, has no appetite, stomach pains start after a mouthful of food,  he had chronic diarrhoea but that has stopped. He sleeps most of the time. He had an endoscopy & CT scan, nothing was  found. Now he has to have stomach scans. He has had heart failure for many years,  30 years ago he had his first by pass surgery, 20 years ago his second. The heart nurses visit him, they are very good, but can offer no opinion. When will I get an answer, I can cope, but need to know what to do. I will keep him at home as long as possible.
