Try the company called MIA.  They are very reasonable.  Our first quote was for £200 and MIA was £100.  Contact details on website

I've just used MIA too (as Mois suggested) and having been quoted £700+ by other companies for a three day trip to Europe, MIA have done it for £57! There are obviously some provisos, but the cover suits my needs as does the cost. I  was also required to ask my doctor to write on my notes that I was fit to travel and endure the trip. 

Good luck for Tuesday and if you need any advice or information about having a stoma, do ask as I've had mine for 2 and a half years.

Whoever you book with, it's always worth checking the small print. Sounds obvious I know but still worth doing. I've found Allclear have been good AND they paid out when we had to cancel a holiday at short otice. Ironically NOT cancer-related.
