Hi Monika = I don't know how long it takes - a few months perhaps. We had a lady with a similar problem and she got intouch with a beauty therapist and got help that way. The problem with lashes and brows is that they are very influenced by hormones and the hairs of the lashes and eyebrows thin out over the years and you can't help it. I would keep the whole area very  clean to reduce any inflammation and keep fingers crossed. I wonder if omega three fish oils would help = maybe a beautician would know.
