My husband has had his bladder, prostate, lymph nodes removed and has a stoma since April this year.  As of today he is 72

He also had an inaugual hernia repair, has osteoarthritis - knee replacement, no further treatment required, Abdominal Anyeruism which is being monitored, and type 2 Diabetes with no medication.

We cannot find any decent annual multi travel insurance, or anything that we can include 90 days travel within that insurance. We have used moneyhelper and all the recommended insurers......can anyone help?
