Hi guys I really some advice, I have arm lymphodema and have very physical job, I have asked to work in an area that less heavy lifting due to my arm.  This has been refused although I do as much work at the less heavier area (during treatment I've even allowed to work odd days in less heavier area). 

I've spoken to HR but it's still up in air I've trued equal opportunity act where do I go now
