Hi JackJ1 if you go on www.gov.uk and type in PIP it will explain the criteria for claiming PIP. It consists of two components, one for care and one for mobility. It depends how the cancer is affecting your daily life and how you can walk etc. You can phone them and they will send you an application form. Good luck.
