I'm afraid I do not know myself how long it is before you can fly again after kidney cancer surgery - this is however a question that your medical team will be best placed to answer as they will have all the details following your surgery and will be aware of how your recovery is going and of any other possible medical issues. So I would suggest you get in touch with your specialist or their medical team at the hospital and I am sure they will be able to answer that question easily.
