I’ve found insurancewith.com to be competitive.
If you get quoted cheap premiums from other companies, check that they haven’t excluded your cancer!
I almost fell for that one once.

I’ve also used AllClear in the past - it’s always worth shopping around and also comparing single trip with annual cover. 
Depending on your pre-existing conditions, it’s sometimes not much more for annual cover than it is for a 2 or 3 week trip. 

I’ve just tried insurancewith, but they declined me. They’ve said I can ring them so I will tomorrow. I’ve got a quote from Allclear  which is very expensive, but if no one else will insure me I guess I’ll have to use them. They do allow 45 days a trip which is great for me.I’ll keep trying. Thanks again for your help.
