Travel Insurance to USA

I should be really grateful for advice / the name of any reasonably priced insurers for cancer sufferers going to America. I’m due to go to a wedding in Boston over the Summer of 2025. I’ve been through price comparison sites, but it all seems really costly. Any help gratefully received.  Many thanks

    We do have some information about travel insurance on our website but I'd suggest using the forum search function at the top of the page and looking for the term "travel insurance". You will see lots of posts come up that you can read through where other members have shared their recommendations for insurance companies. 

    I hope that you're able to find some travel insurance that supports you to fo to the wedding in the summer.
