I have bladder cancer and nothing more can be done except immunotherapy, I am thinking of giving my daughter money now instead of leaving it in a will, I would enjoy seeing her spending ( or saving) it while I am here, any thoughts?
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I'm no tax expert, but I agree that it could make sense to explore how much you can gift tax free.
